Help with the Feaso web portal and the Feaso app for iOS. A real person replies, usually the one who built the thing you are asking about.
Anyone can create a Feaso account. Sign in with Apple, Google or your email address and, if you are not already a member of a workspace, name your own on the next screen; the free plan includes one active project. To join an existing workspace, ask its administrator to send (or re-send) you an invitation.
You can sign in with an emailed single-use code, with Apple, with Google, or with a password. Invitations are tied to the exact email address they were sent to. If your password no longer works, choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen to have a reset code emailed to you, or sign in with the emailed code instead.
The more detail, the faster the fix. When reporting an issue, please include what you were doing, the screen you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Add your device model and iOS version.
Add the browser you use and, if you can, a screenshot.
You create your own account by signing in; an organisation administrator can add you to their workspace, and remove your membership again at any time. Signing in with Apple, Google, or an emailed code or password creates the sign-in identity on its own, whether or not you go on to create or join a workspace.
You can request deletion of your account and the personal information held against it in the Feaso app (Settings, then Delete account), from the workspace set-up or Account not linked screens if you have not joined a workspace yet, or by emailing the support address above from your account's email. We confirm the request and delete your account and its personal information within 30 days.
