§ 02 · QUESTIONS
The things developers ask before they start.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your workspace drops back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted
and every existing project stays open and editable; you just cannot
create new ones until you upgrade again, and you can export
everything at any time.
- Why per workspace and not per seat?
- A development involves a bookkeeper, a partner, a project
manager and a lender. Charging per seat punishes you for bringing
them in, and the numbers are better when everyone works off the
same feasibility.
- Is my Xero data used to train AI?
- No. Transaction classification runs against your own budget
lines and history. Your data is never used to train models and
never leaves the region it is stored in.
- Where is everything stored?
- In the cloud, encrypted at rest and in transit, with daily
backups. Files, photos and reports live alongside the project
record.
- Can I get my numbers out?
- Every plan exports to Excel and CSV. Pro and Portfolio add the
one-click PDF reports for lenders and investors.
